These software products have been developed, for the most part, to meet specific client needs. As such they may not seem to meet your needs exactly. Our philosophy has always been to satisfy client needs. We are willing and able to add to these products to satisfy your needs.
We have a strong support philosophy. We support our clients and our products.
We have two main tools to provide support. The first and most important is a tool which allows us to connect to your desktop (at your invitation) and take over your screen and keyboard. This allows you to observe and learn as we support you and our application.
The second is a ticket based system where you communicate your concern to us over a priority based communication system. We receive immediate notification of your problem and then can schedule a reply and solution in a very timely way. This system may also lead to the direct connection for the solution.-

EDI front end implementation
( 1 )
Electronic Data Interchange is widely used to communicate order and invoicing information between client and suppliers. Front end implementations are required to receive and interpret EDI documents as well as to prepare information for conversion to EDI documents for transmittal back to the client/supplier.
Third parties handle the document transfer between parties but typically do not handle the front end, ie. the merging of EDI information with the in-house ERP (bookkeeping) system.
To fully realize the cost saving advantages of EDI a complete front-end integration is necessary. This is usually implemented by in-house IT staff working with experienced professionals. The result is a customized in-house solution which allows EDI to work smoothly with the ERP.

EDI case story
( 4 )
The client-supplier is a clothing manufacturer who receives orders from stores (client-buyers), manufactures to those orders and ships to the client buyers. Orders are received from buyers through a website interface and integrated into an ERP system (Sage BusinessVision) and a custom environment which the client-supplier calls the Online system. Both the ERP and the Online system manage the same order data and are kept synchronized by a process which runs every 15 minutes. The Online system was created to manage order information (such as secondary processing of products) not managed by the ERP.
